Plans for a Nice N Easy convenience store at the northeast corner of Independence Way off Route 11 north of Pizza Hut will be considered by the town of LeRay Planning Board on Thursday.

The store, which would have eight gasoline pumps, is being planned by LeRay Development, Liverpool. If the plan is approved in August, the developer intends to sign a 25-year lease with Nice N Easy to launch the store.
