MADRID — Sasha S. Beckstead, 22, of 841 County Route 38, Norfolk, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies at 2:55 p.m. Saturday with petit larceny.

She is accused of stealing jewelry from a relative in Madrid on May 8 and of selling it to a jewelry store.

She is scheduled to appear in Madrid Town Court.
