AKWESASNE — Percy G. Francis, 74, of 1214 Island Road, Cornwall Island, died on arrival at Massena Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning.

Among his survivors are his wife, Shirley, and three daughters.

Arrangements are incomplete with the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena.
