POTSDAM A Madrid man accused of yelling obscenities and being disorderly outside a tavern on Market Street was charged at 11:03 p.m. Sunday by village police.
Gerardo D. Perez, 35, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $2,000 bail or $4,000 bond.
