DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ram Popuri, 25, of Maple Street, Potsdam, with disorderly conduct at 2:14 a.m. Friday on Market Street. Police said they observed Popuri yelling obscenities on the corner of Market and Raymond streets. He was released on an appearance ticket.
