THERESA – Seth W. Palmer, 21, of 29258 N. Martin Road, Evans Mills, was charged by state police early Friday morning with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana and awaits arraignment in town of Theresa Court.

Troopers were called to 32891 County Route 46 shortly after midnight to investigate a loud party complaint, and said they found Mr. Palmer possessing a dagger.
