MASSENA – Mr. Robert E. Kinnear, 81, of 221 Center Street, peacefully passed away Saturday evening, July 7, 2012 at the St. Regis Nursing Home, where he had been a resident for the past six years.There will be no public calling hours. A graveside service will be held, Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM in Pine Grove Cemetery, Area 2, with Rev. Clifford Boice, officiating. Full military honors will be held.
