POTSDAM — Cody A. Pernice, 23, Market Street, was arrested by Potsdam police at 6:40 p.m. Friday and charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

He was being held in the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, awaiting arraignment.

The arrest was made as a result of an investigation by village police and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force into the sale of cocaine in the Potsdam area. The investigation continues and more arrests are pending, police said.
