Two men were arrested early Wednesday morning in connection with a car intrusion early Sunday morning on Newell Street.

Richard J. Meadows III, 25, Fort Drum, and Ethan W. Miner, 23, of 835 Anne St., Apt. 1, are both cited with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and Mr. Miner additionally faces a petit larceny charge. They await prosecution in City Court.

Police said a wet weather jacket was stolen from a car owned by Tracey R. Davidson, 497 Newell St., which was entered by breaking a rear window.
