OGDENSBURG— An Ogdensburg woman accused of making harassing phone calls to the victim’s work was arrested by state police at 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Erin K. Omarah, 23, of Monkey Hill Road, was charged with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor.

No other details about the victim were released by state troopers.

Ms. Omarah was issued an appearance ticket and released.
