NORTH LAWRENCE A North Lawrence teen faces two misdemeanor and two violation charges after state police responded to a domestic dispute at 3:56 p.m. Monday.
Jonathan M. Judware, 19, of Route 11C was charged with two counts of criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, and two counts of second-degree harassment, both violations.
Officers were dispatched to 1884 County Route 53 in Oswego when Ruth A. Wilson, whose daughter is Mr. Judwares ex-girlfriend, reported they were involved in an argument that became physical. Mr. Judware allegedly threw items belonging to Bobby Sue Wilson, his ex-girlfriend, leading to the criminal mischief charges, then pushed the mother and daughter out of the house. Ruth A. Wilson fell, bruised her knee and broke a bone, troopers said.
Mr. Judware was arraigned in Hopkinton Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Lawrence Village Court.
