ShajKai C. Dixon, 23, of 752 Bronson St., was charged by Watertown police at 1:51 a.m. Saturday with second-degree menacing.

Mr. Dixon was charged on the Court Street bridge after allegedly brandishing a pocket knife during an earlier altercation with Justin A. Austin, 913 Academy St., at the Edge of the River Tavern, 519 W. Main St.

He is due to answer the charge in City Court.
