Mahoney, 41,of 22195 Swan Road, that had stopped at the red light on Washington Street, and then struck head-on a vehicle driven by Franklin B. Kenyon, 48, Adams Center.

The Santiagovega vehicle then came to rest against a vehicle owned by Stephen G. Gagnon, 41, of 123 Park Ave., which was parked on the west side of Washington Street.
