Elvera V. Neves, 85, of Massena, passed away on August 16, 2012 at Massena Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Rene O Neves. Arrangements are incomplete with the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena. A complete obituary will appear in Saturday’s paper.
