PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Eileen A. Young, 65, 2663 Route 310, Madrid with petit larceny at 1:13 p.m. Friday.

Ms. Young allegedly allegedly shoplifted $81 worth of clothes and toys from the JCPenney store at the St. Lawrence Centre mall.

She is scheduled to appear in Massena Town Court.
