OGDENSBURG The City Council finalized the sale of 22 pieces of surplus property Monday evening.
The properties were auctioned off on July 24, but were made official by a resolution to approve the sales.
Among the $445,200 worth of properties sold was the Community Resource Center at 100 Ford St., which United Helpers Management Corp. bought for $401,000, and a former Neighborhood Stabilization Program property at 524 Bigelow St., which was sold to John Boyer for $20,100.
City Comptroller Philip A. Cosmo told the council that the city received four more properties through tax sales since the auction took place.
