■ FORT DRUM — Sporadic traffic delays will take place at post gates Monday as the post conducts a barrier exercise. Drivers are asked to drive cautiously and watch out for law enforcement and exercise officials wearing reflective gear.

■ CANTON — The state Department of Transportation announced that Court Street will be closed at Route 11 for about two weeks, starting Monday. The closure will allow for the relocation of utility vaults as well as water, sewer and storm drains. Traffic on Route 11 will be reduced to one lane.
