CROGHAN — Michelle L. Dingman, 29, of 9768 Main St., Apt. 22, was charged Friday night by state police with second-degree criminal contempt.

Ms. Dingman is accused of violating an order of protection by sending several text messages to Cindy Miller and then visiting her at her apartment. She was released on her own recognizance.
