GOUVERNEUR — Kevin B. Kincaid Jr., 21, of 154 Hillsboro St., Apt. 17, , was charged Sunday morning by village police with first-degree burglary, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon.

Police said that he unlawfully entered a residence in his apartment complex and would not leave. He also displayed a butcher’s knife in a threatening manner, they said.

He was arraigned in Town Court and released to Fort Drum military police.
