GLEN PARK — Adam R. Pittavino, 29, Storrs Road, Sackets Harbor, was charged Saturday night by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Deputies said he grabbed Aimee Patton, 106 Superior St., by the left arm, pushed her down, pulled her hair, grabbed her throat and skinned the top of her foot during a domestic incident earlier in the day at her home.

He also is accused of damaging a wooden door frame and metal door area around the lock of her residence.

He was arraigned before Brownville Town Justice Kathy L. Quencer and given an appearance ticket.
