NORTH LAWRENCE — Arthur T. Lilley, 38, of 54 Dorwin St., Gouverneur, was arrested by state police at 12:50 p.m. Saturday and charged with petit larceny.

Mr. Lilley is accused of stealing tools from McGraw Edward Trucking.

He is scheduled to appear in Lawrence Town Court.
