NORFOLK — Eric D. Terrance, 49, St. Regis Road, Hogansburg, was arrested by state police at 8:20 a.m. Saturday and charged with assault and menacing.

According to troopers, Mr. Terrance repeatedly punched cab driver Thomas Curran while inside Mr. Curran’s taxi in Norfolk.

Mr. Terrance is scheduled to appear in Norfolk Town Court.
