MASSENA- Mr. Kenneth A. Smith, 32, 26 Spruce Street, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone.

Kenneth was born on April 24, 1980 in Geneva, the son of Donald and Deborah Christen Cameron. He attended Massena Schools and Ballston Spa High School.

Kenneth worked various construction jobs before working at the Twin Leaf gas station. He loved his children and his family, and enjoyed photography. He also enjoyed life and always willing to lend a hand to help anyone in need.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Cara, age 9 and Cameron, age 3; his parents, Donald and Deborah Cameron of Bolting Landing, NY; a sister, Jamie Lewis of Massena; a maternal grandfather, James Phinney of Maine; two nephews, Daniel and Rielly and a niece Raye Lynn; and his loving companion Laurie Gardner.

Friends may call at the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena, Thursday starting at 9:30 until the time of the service at 11:30 with Rev. Heather Stierheim, officiating. Burial will follow the services at Massena Center Cemetery, Massena Center, NY.
