MENACING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Paul Fantone, 47, of Norwood with menacing and criminal contempt at 10:14 p.m. Friday on Pierrepont Avenue. He was arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and was sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond. Police said the charges stemmed from a domestic dispute with a personprotected by an order of protection in the Price Chopper parking lot. He was located on state Route 56 just outside the village and was taken into custody.
