A woman was placed in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on Thursday night after she was found soliciting in the parking lot at Walmart Supercenter, outer Arsenal Street, according to the Jefferson County Sheriffs Department.
Liced G. Magana, 19, Gig Harbor, Wash., is charged with trespassing and obstructing governmental administration. Bail was set in Watertown Town Court at $500.
Deputies said she failed to leave store property after being told to by company personnel. She subsequently refused to provide information about herself while being questioned, deputies said.
