State police responded to a noise complaint late Sunday on Hunt Street in the town of Watertown and made two arrests.

Christopher L. Andiorio, 29, of 125 E. Hoard St., was released on $250 bail by Brownville Town Justice Richard M. Parker after being charged with obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Jordan D. Eisenhauer, 29, of 19300 Evans Road, Brownville, was cited with disorderly conduct.
