CARTHAGE A village man was jailed and his girlfriend summoned to court following a domestic fight Monday evening that became physical within an arms reach of their 5-month-old daughter, according to Carthage police.
Antwan M. Creech, 21, and Jacqueline K. Moore, 21, both of 103 Emjay Way, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. Mr. Creech was arraigned before Village Justice S. Lucille Shettleton, who set bail at $1,000, sending him to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown.
Mr. Creech is accused of throwing Ms. Moore up against a wall, while she allegedly pushed him down and jumped on his back, police said. A patrol was sent to their apartment shortly before 7 p.m.
