ANTWERP — Christian M. Grabowski, 32, of 109 Mechanic St., was charged by state police Tuesday with second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He is accused of inappropriate touching involving two girls, ages 9 and 12, in incidents last year at his residence, police said. The older girl also alleges sexual contact being made by him during the summer of 2010 at a Fort Drum residence, police said.

Mr. Grabowski is summoned for appearances in town of LeRay and town of Antwerp courts.
