George W. Longway, 661 Factory St., Apt. 13-4, Watertown, was charged Thursday afternoon by city police with disorderly conduct following a disturbance at Thompson Park.

City police said he yelled at individuals and police officers causing a public inconvenience, annoyance and alarm. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
