POTSDAM — A Maine teen accused of shoplifting from Walmart, 7494 Route 11, was charged by state police with petit larceny at 3:48 p.m. Thursday.

Casey M. Hart, 19, Portland, Maine, is accused of taking various items having a total value of $51.06 from the store that afternoon.
