Raymond S. Elliott, 25, of 8906 County Route 178, Henderson, was released without bail following arraignment in City Court Tuesday on charges of felony criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.

City police documents cite him in two incidents. He is a accused of sending a threatening text message on Sunday to Gary M. Hall, of 113 Park Ave., Apt. 3, and then on Monday afternoon, going to the Hall residence while allegedly knowing that Lauren M. Houser, of 20750 Reasoner Road, was there. A Family Court order of protection requires him to stay away from Ms. Houser, police said.

Because Mr. Elliott was convicted of second-degree criminal contempt in January, a felony was charged Monday for violating the protection order, police said.
