Watertown police say a 3-year-old girl exited her home Monday evening and wandered about a quarter-mile away while her father slept.
Gregory I.B. Guerrero, 22, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 431-C, was charged shortly after 9 p.m. with endangering the welfare of a child. Police said the child was unattended on the street for at least an hour, and was cared for by a stranger for about a half-hour before an officer arrived to investigate.
