Shane D. Henry, 22, of 9939 Route 12, Copenhagen, was charged Wednesday by state police with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larcenty, and is ordered to appear in town of LeRay Court.

Police, in a joint investigation with military police, allege that on Aug. 10 and the following day, Mr. Henry gained access to a housing construction site on Fort Drum and stole copper wire and tubing valued at more than $1,500 from two houses under construction. He then sold the material to a recycling dealer, police said.
