LOWVILLE — State police here arrested a Boonville teenager Tuesday on charges of second-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated harassment.

Timothy J. Laquay, 17, of 12464 Route 46, was released without bail in town of Lyonsdale Court and awaits grand jury action.

Police said he is accused in incidents on Aug. 18 involving a 13-year-old girl in the town of Lyonsdale. The alleged activity included text messages of a sexual nature, an investigator said.
