After responding to a reported fight Tuesday afternoon in an apartment at 309 Mill St., city police alleged finding a man possessing a metal knuckle knife.
Dylan J. Webb, 21, of 23496 Route 37, town of Pamelia, was arrested on a felony charge of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was also served with two City Court bench warrants, and was detained for arraignment Wednesday in City Court.
The charge is a felony because he has a criminal conviction. Police said he was convicted of petit larceny in September 2008.
The bench warrants are for his failure to pay fines on convictions last year for disorderly conduct and harassment, according to the court.
The resident of the apartment, Christin L. Bluto, 20, was cited with unlawful possession of marijuana.
