Watertown police charged Doran A. Johnson, 23, of 2937 Stoddard St., Copenhagen, with third-degree criminal mischief at about 2:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 10700 block of Mount Belvedere Boulevard, Fort Drum.

He is accused of cutting both passenger side tires of a car belonging to Chelsey L. Baker, Copenhagen, Wednesday morning, according to court documents.

He was held Thursday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
