The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Dennis G. Tebo, 43, of 1367 County Route 58, Colton, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies with aggravated DWI at 9:26 p.m. Sept. 7 on Route 72 in Parishville, where deputies said his blood alcohol content was measured at 0.19 percent.
A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Franklin Hilton III, 32, Black River, was arrested by West Carthage police at 2 a.m. Sunday on charges of felony DWI and making an improper U-turn on Bridge Street. Police said he had a BAC of 0.12 percent. He is charged with a felony because he was convicted of DWI following an arrest in October 2009 in Watertown.
■ Jessica Cole, 25, Watertown, faces a charge of aggravated DWI as a result of her arrest by West Carthage police about 11 p.m. Sept. 8 on Champion Street. She also was cited with failure to keep right, making an improper turn and having an open alcoholic beverage container in her vehicle. Her BAC was 0.22 percent, police said.
■ Mark W. McIntosh, 42, of 233 Doane Road, Gouverneur, was charged by state police at 2:40 a.m. Sept. 8 with aggravated DWI. He was stopped for failure to keep right on Route 58, Fowler. His BAC was measured at 0.18 percent, troopers said.
■ Darcy A. Sochia, 43, of 2713 Route 310, Madrid, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies at 1:20 a.m. Sept. 8 at a traffic stop on Route 56, where his BAC was measured at 0.13 percent.
■ Justin M. Lyndaker, 20, of 9015 Route 26, Lowville, also was charged by state police in Carthage with unlawful possession of marijuana about 4:20 a.m. Sept. 8 on Bridge Street in the village of West Carthage. His BAC was unavailable.
Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Shalynn M. Paro, 19, of 616 Frontenac St., Watertown, also was charged by state police with failure to keep right and making an unsafe lane change about 11:19 p.m. Wednesday on Route 11 in the town of Pamelia.
