Cornelius J. “Neil” Collins, 71 of Scottsville, NY passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2012. He was born in Massena, NY on November 12, 1940, the son of James and Irene O’Neill Collins.

He graduated from Massena Central School in 1958 and served in the US Army in Germany for three years. He retired from Eastman Kodiak in Rochester, NY in 1991.

Calling hours were on September 10, 2012 at the Gray Funeral Home in Rochester, NY from 4 to 7 pm. A Memorial Service was held at the Chili American Legion Post 1830, Scottsville, NY on September 11, 2012. Neil was an active member for many years.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, Massena, NY on September 13, 2012.

Neil is survived by his companion Melody Wasko, sister Mary (David) Fayette of Colton, NY, Jane Vantine and Patricia Collins both of Massena, NY, a brother James (Beverly) Collins of Cheyenne, NY and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and many friends.
