PORT LEYDEN — Jason S. Moran, 40, of 7196 Moose River, was charged Sept. 10 by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt.

Mr. Moran violated an order of protection when he contacted two unidentified people, deputies said. He was ordered to appear in West Turin Town Court.
