Bethany D. Reczko, 18, of 412 Lincoln St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a warrant by Watertown police at 5:25 p.m. Saturday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said she left a 22-month-old girl unattended at 123 Phelps St. while employed as a child care provider on July 27 without telling the child’s parents and did not return until about 8 p.m. She was being held pending arraignment Sunday in City Court.
