Due to the renovations being done in the City Clerk’s Office, the office will be temporarily relocated to the thirdfloor of City Hall, 245 Washington Street, from Thursday through Thursday, Sept. 27.

The office will close at 3 p.m. Wednesday to prepare for the move. It will then reopen at its regular time on Thursday morning in the third-floor law library, next to the city manager’s office.

Starting on Friday, the clerk’s office will then be open in the third-floor council chambers until the renovations are completed.

During the work, all day-to-day services will be offered, with the exception of a limited wedding ceremony schedule. There may also be longer than normal processing times for certified copies and genealogy searches.
