The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Nolan P. Mitchell, 23, Norfolk, was stopped by village police at 3:23 a.m. Sunday on Main Street, Massena, for allegedly failing to obey traffic laws and was charged with aggravated DWI. His blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Danilo J. Gonzalez, 26, of 235 Winslow St., Apt. 1, Watertown, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving across a hazard marking and failure to keep right at 10:01 p.m. Sunday on Route 12 in the town of Watertown. His BAC was 0.12 percent, police said.
■ Vaughn A. Kerr, 23, of 1571 Route 22, Gouverneur, was charged by Gouverneur village police at 2:03 a.m. Sept. 8 after a single-car property-damage accident on Johnstown Street. His BAC was not available.
■ Michael J. Landoll II, 28, Norwood, was stopped at 2:43 a.m. Saturday by village police on Market Street, Potsdam. His BAC was 0.17 percent, police said.
Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Andrew J. Petrousky, 28, of 35854 Route 3, Carthage, also was charged by Watertown police with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to keep right and not wearing a seat belt at 6:12 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of State Street. He is accused of possessing 16 Xanax pills and a single Adderall pill.
