CHASE MILLS A Chase Mills woman accused of breaking into a Louisville home was arrested at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday by state police.
Pearl L. Alexander, 24, County Route 14, was charged with felony first-degree burglary and second-degree harassment, a violation.
Ms. Alexander is accused of breaking into a home on County Route 36 in Louisville and stealing a cellphone, troopers said.
