Kelly T. Mason, 31, of 219 Stuart St., was charged by Watertown police Wednesday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and growing cannabis.

She allegedly grew cannabis in the basement of her residence and possessed 13.6 ounces of the drug Aug. 29.

She was given an appearance ticket for City Court.
