Clay B. Sharp, 21, of 514 Factory St., Apt. A, was charged by Watertown police on Wednesday night at his residence with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

Police said he provided whiskey to his 20-year-old girlfriend, Danielle M. Sims.

He was released to military custody and ordered to appear in City Court.
