David M. Pitts, 43, of 18 Pearl St., Philadelphia, was charged by Watertown police Wednesday night with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Mr. Pitts is accused of punching a window and breaking it during a domestic dispute earlier in the day at the home of Katherine A. Young, 316 Gale St., Apt. 3.

He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
