Mr. Paul H. “Poopsie” Snell, age 62 of Parishville, NY passed away suddenly on September 19, 2012 at his residence. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 24th at 11 am at St. Patrick’s Church in Colton, NY. Friends may call at the Garner Funeral Service on Sunday from 2-6 pm.
