Watertown police charged Sabrina C. Navarrete, 19, of 202 William St., with second-degree harassment about 6:40 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of North Meadow Street.

She is accused of punching Tiajonte M. Sargent, Watertown, in the face on Sept. 10, according to court documents.

Ms. Navarrete is to appear in Watertown City Court.
