Watertown police charged Tiajonte M. Sargent, 23, of 621 Mundy St., with second-degree harassment at about 3:37 p.m. Saturday at her residence.

Police said she is accused of punching Sabrina C. Navarette, 19, of 202 William St., who was charged Friday with second-degree harassment for allegedly punching Ms. Sargent during the dispute.

She is to appear in Watertown City Court at a later date.
