ANTWERP — John C. Forney, 21, of 35220 Carpenter Road, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree harassment about 2 a.m. Saturday at his residence after he allegedly threatened to harm Kevin J. McKnight, Antwerp.

Mr. Forney is to appear in Antwerp Town Court.
